You may know him from his hit TV show Black-ish and as host of Eating America, but during the month of September Anthony Anderson will be front and center promoting the power of life insurance as Life Happens’ spokesperson for Life Insurance Awareness Month.

Anthony grew up knowing the importance of life insurance. Mary “The Insurance Lady” made sure his parents both had coverage as he was growing up, even on their limited income. And Anthony got his first policy at 18.

His message is this: Life insurance matters. It’s how your loved ones will be taken care of if something happened to you.
