The Project
It all started with a gift and a vision. In December 2013, American Real Estate & Appraisal gifted land in the Golden Eagle subdivision to Boys and Girls Clubs of Magic Valley. Through the help and determination of Gerald Martens and EHM engineers, the land was developed into six residential lots. The project finally took shape when six local builders agreed to construct homes on these lots, donating all proceeds of the home sales to the Club. This program, along with the help and support of several other local businesses, will dramatically impact our future and the lives of the thousands of kids we serve every day in the Magic Valley.
